We can review the viability of your location and plans based on codes and ordinances. There is nothing worse than getting too far into the planning process only to find out you can’t do it or, alternatively, get hit with permitting fees that exceed your budget.
Speaking of money — we can also advise on the special event permitting fees an event might incur as well as mitigate the costs by proposing alternatives given we have extensive expertise in planning events. We get it! We’ve been on the production side too!
While most of our clients come with diagrams or renderings, we are happy to provide scaled site plans that detail the aspects of your event the way each City of Austin department would like to see them notated. This saves everyone time — less questions, less phone calls.
