PARTIAL PERMITTING SERVICES
With years of experience in events, we know that no two events are alike. As such, it may be deemed necessary to create a custom proposal that only utilizes our specific services. This is not a unique ask - we are happy to accommodate this request after some level of consultation.
FULL PERMITTING SERVICES & ONSITE OVERSIGHT
We offer full service contracts that allow us to handle everything on your behalf while working in partnership with you every step of the planning process. We serve as dedicated liaisons between you and each City of Austin department from the initial ACE filing to the onsite management of specific permitting aspects of your special event.
This usually looks like the following services:
Full consultation to include budget review, feasibility of requests based on timeframe and vision, assessment of site plan, expectation of standard event guidelines as well as feedback on special considerations or adjustments to your event based on our knowledge of successful events specific to your event execution
Initial ACE application submission
Liaison to City of Austin departments for subsequent calls, emails and meetings requested
Filing of additional applications based on necessity
General counsel throughout the planning process as well as a referral source for vendors
Onsite oversight to assist with compliance, execution of vendors and serve as a dedicated resource for City of Austin officials
